First chat
Tell us what your business does, who your customers are and what you'd like the website to do. If you already have a site, send us its address.

A written list and a fixed quote
We write down everything the site will include: the pages, both languages, the editor, the forms and the search set-up. You get a fixed quote for that list before any work starts.

Three home page directions
Once you confirm, Arabella designs three different directions for your home page. You pick one, and it sets the look of the whole site.

Build
Eric builds every page in English and Chinese, sets up the editor and the enquiry forms, and puts the search basics in place.

Two review rounds
You go through the site and send one full list of changes. We make them, then you do it once more. One complete list per round keeps the work focused.

Check together before launch
We go through the finished site with you: every page in both languages, the forms and the editor.

Launch
The site goes live on your domain. Old addresses from a previous site redirect to the new pages, and if another developer looked after it, we take over without your email going down.

30 days of fixes
For 30 days after launch, if something doesn't work, we fix it free.

Reports at month 1 and 3
A short report after the first and third months: how many people visited, how many clicked to enquire, how many forms were sent, and where visitors came from.
You own everything
Some businesses find out too late that their website lives in someone else's account. With Pista, it never does.
Accounts
Hosting, the editor and Google Search Console are opened in your name. Pista is added as a member, and you can remove us at any time.
Code and design
The code that runs your site and the design it wears belong to you, not to us.
Content
Your words, photos and translations are yours, to keep or take wherever you like.
